Jasmine By The Sea - A Garden Seaside Villa on the Gulf of Mexico

Rental prices include the following amenities:

• Washer/dryer;
• Blow dryers, iron and ironing board;
• Telephone service;

• Wireless high-speed internet service;
• Television cable service; VCR and a selection of “Classic” movie videos. Books and music CDs are also available for guest use;
• Central air-conditioning and heat;
• Outdoor dining table, umbrella and chairs for six guests;
• Outdoor charcoal grill;
• Private beach access; outdoor shower; use of swing and hammock;
• Alternate day house keeping service, Monday to Friday.
• Linens and towels, including beach towels.
• Manager/reference person on call to help with any problems with the house or with sightseeing queries,
• Guests of “Jasmine-by-the-Sea” dining at “Avenue Sea” in the historic 1907 Gibson Inn in nearby Apalachicola, are offered complementary cocktails or other seasonal specials.

• “Welcome” breakfast basket (for your first morning) of pastries, artisan bread, fruit, tea, coffee, milk, juice and preserves;
• Use of the Villa’s discounts at local restaurants, shops and services;
• *For guests staying more than one week, full cleaning and change of linens each week;

• For guests desiring to breakfast at “Jasmine-by-the-Sea", traditional Southern breakfasts can be prepared for an additional fee. Depending on availability, coupons may also be provided for breakfast service at several local cafes, either on the beach or in downtown Carrabelle.

• Arrangements can be made to receive at-home massages by local licensed massage therapists.

• Upon request, liaison with local nature trail guides can be made for private nature walks;

• Arrangements can be made for rental of private boats for tours and fishing in the area. Bay or Offshore fishing trips for up to 6 people or additional boats may be made available for larger groups. You can fish in the local waters for black grouper, red grouper, red snapper, triggerfish, black sea bass, cobia, Spanish mackerel, and more…

• Lunch and golfing reservations can be made at the St. James Bay Golf Club, in nearby Carrabelle. The Club’s “Crooked River Grill” features full banquet facilities and a gazebo, making it the ideal setting for special occasions.

• Depending on availability and with advanced notice prior to arrival, local physician can make house calls at “Jasmine-by-the-Sea” for complete family and senior care (Medicare accepted).

• The “Jasmine-by-the-Sea” villa is a private residence. Guests stay on the ground floor garden level.

• Preferred Age Group: we cater to professionals and retirees. Our accommodations are not suitable for children under 15.

• No smokers please.

• Sorry, no pet accommodations are available at this time.

• Payments are by credit card only. Full payment must be made seven (7) days before arrival. Payment may also be made through Paypal.
